Postpartum Planning Assistance
Create an individualised plan, including sleeping & feeding arrangements, house care support, childcare support, meal preparation, etc so you don’t have to think about it once baby arrives.
Grocery Shopping, Meal Planning, Food Preparation
Rebecca will head to the grocery store for you, pick up the items you need and prepare your food for the recipes she has provided as well as make meals for the oven, the freezer and the fridge. She will work with you to provide nutrition advice and make your favourite meals.
Physical & Emotional Support
As a mother, and postpartum movement instructor, Bec understands motherhood and its demands intimately and can assist in physical rehabilitation post-birth.
Lactation & Feeding Support
Rebecca has breast and formula fed her babies. She understands the emotional side of baby feeding, and supports the best decisions for you and your baby.
Newborn Care & Education
This is inclusive of all of your questions surrounding feeding, sleep schedules, diapering and dressing techniques, how and when to bathe your baby, baby wearing and sleep spaces. There are no silly questions.
Light Housework & Laundry
Rebecca will ensure that your space is left organized and clean. She will tend to your babies laundry, cleaning bottles and pump parts as well as ensure that your kitchen space is neat and tidy. Her services do not include child care for older siblings.
